Auto-sorted Entries
Sorted by keyword, please manually verify. Fix sorting using tags.
Build It by Hand
One card per tweet. Drop or paste the link and it becomes an @handle; drop or paste the body and it flattens to one line. Everything you add here goes in the report.

Motion
Reduce Motion
Keeps the background still and skips the flourishes.
Haptics
A light tap on every change, where the phone supports it.
Card Backgrounds
Tint each card with a blurred version of its account's picture. Off leaves the cards plain.
The Report
Show Avatars
The initial beside each handle while you triage.
Fetch Profile Pictures
When you have not set one, ask a public avatar service for the account's X photo. This is the only thing that reaches the network. Turn it off to stay fully offline.

How many go in before the rest are held back. You can reveal any of them.
The status in the bar counts down to this: calm through the day, then Due Soon, Due Now and Must Send Now as it approaches.
Sections
The sections your report is built from, and what each one looks for. An account name counts for more than a phrase, so nypdtips pulls harder than wanted.
Reset
Empties the current triage and preview. Saved reports stay.

Theme, accent, motion, haptics and weather go back to their defaults.
The five sections this tool ships with go back to their original names and keywords. Sections you added stay.

Privacy & Security
Your spreadsheet never leaves this device. The export is read and sorted right here in your browser. It is not uploaded, and there is no server for it to be uploaded to.
No account, no tracking. There is no login, no cookie of ours, no analytics, and no third-party script watching you work.
Saved reports stay in this browser. The last seven days are kept on this device only, until you clear them. Erase Everything in Settings removes them for good.
Your spreadsheet never leaves this device. The reader ships inside the tool, so opening a file makes no network request. The one thing that reaches the network is a profile picture: when you have not set your own, the tool asks a public avatar service for the account’s X photo. Turn off Fetch Profile Pictures in Settings to stay fully offline.
It keeps working offline. Once the page has loaded, sorting and copying carry on with no connection, and it can sit on your home screen like an app.
Theme and accent follow the rest of NYPDDS on this device.
Saved Reports

FAQ
Common Questions
Where does the spreadsheet come from?
Hootsuite. Open the analytics report in Step 1, export it as XLSX or CSV, and drop the file here. The link is yours to change in Settings.
Why is a tweet in Not in the Report?
Nothing in it matched a keyword for any section, so it was set aside rather than guessed at. Open that list and tag anything you want back in.
Can I change what lands where?
Yes. Settings lists every section, and Edit opens its name and its keywords. You can rename a section, add one of your own, or delete one. An account name counts for more than a phrase, so nypdtips pulls harder than wanted.
Why three per section?
It is the usual shape of the daily note. A fourth is held back rather than dropped: it sits collapsed with a Reveal button, so the trade is yours to make. Change the number in Settings.
Will it paste properly into Outlook?
Copy Report puts formatted HTML on the clipboard: Calibri, 11 point, with the handles as live links. Paste straight into the email.
Does it work without a connection?
Once the page has loaded, yes. Sorting, editing and copying all run on this device.
